    Roma Deli and Restaurant, changed hands in a friendly poker game in 1999. It was held at the old Binion's Horseshoe in downtown Las Vegas between Hall of Fame poker player Todd Brunson and an Italian Mafioso known only as The Italian Pirate.

    Our menu is inspired by the diverse and delicious cuisine of Italy. From classic pasta dishes to fresh seafood, our menu has something for everyone. We use only the freshest ingredients, and everything is made from scratch in our kitchen. Come and taste the difference for yourself.

    Our Team

       Our team is led by our head chef Leo Danielle. Leo was born in Italy in a small town called Asti located on the east side of the Isle of Sicily. He was trained from early childhood by his Father, Master chef Emanuele Danielle, a legend in the San Diego area for decades. Leo left San Diego to bring his magical cuisine to Roma Deli in 20

      Our deli is headed up by everyone's favorite Tia known as "The Pina" Pina has been running the counter at Roma Deli since 1999.
